Arrival:
Gates open – 7 pm
Dining Begins – 730 pm
To ensure a seamless experience, guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation.
Plan ahead: Mumbai traffic can be unpredictable—allow ample time for your journey to avoid delays.
Late Arrivals:
We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, after which the experience will continue as planned.
If you arrive within 30 minutes of your booking, our team will do their best to serve any missed courses, though they may not follow the intended order.
For arrivals beyond 30 minutes, you will join the experience at its current stage, and missed courses cannot be accommodated.

Payment Requirement:
A 100% payment is required to confirm your booking due to the nature and timeline of the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
All payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final beyond this period.
We are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances for late cancellations or no-shows.

How can I make a reservation?
Reservations for In Good Company events can be made through our dedicated booking website. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp once the payment is completed.
Please note: Reservations will not be accepted via phone calls, emails, or direct messages.
Is there a waitlist?
We do not maintain a waitlist for future dates that have not yet been announced. However, if an event is sold out, you can join our cancellation list, and we’ll notify you if a spot opens up.
Can I walk in for an In Good Company event?
No, prior reservations are required. However, for bar takeovers and select events, we may have limited space for same-day guests. You’re welcome to check with us for last-minute availability.
How often do In Good Company events happen?
Each edition is carefully planned, with details announced after the previous experience concludes. Stay tuned—you never know when the next one will drop!
Are children allowed?
Given the nature of these experiences, guests must be 21+ to attend.
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 hours before the event: Full refund
- Within 48 hours: No refund, but we will try to accommodate you for another available date.
- Same day cancellations/no-shows: No refund or rescheduling.
- As these events involve limited seating and extensive preparation, we appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?
No strict dress code, but we recommend smart casual or cocktail attire—after all, it’s an experience worth dressing up for!
