Mister Merchant’s is our new restaurant, inspired by the idea of travel, trade, and all the beautiful things that happen when cultures meet at the table. Think spice routes, sea crossings, border towns — where food is a little borrowed, a little invented, always shared.
The menu brings together flavours from the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and India — places long connected by trade and tradition. Expect bold spices, slow cooking, fresh herbs, and dishes full of memory and comfort.
